Job Specifications

Real-time system, service and network monitoring.

Interaction and troubleshooting with Core, Access and Transmission Engineers.  

Prioritise, manage and escalate trouble tickets. Proactive customer liaison and interaction. 

1st Line troubleshooting of network connectivity (Layer 2 and Layer 3, IPv4 troubleshooting and basic routing on microwave and fibre.)

Specialised experience in VoIP, Microwave, Fibre and Firewalls  essential.

Experience with Mikrotik router OS essential.

Experience in LAN support advantageous


Personal Attributes

Motivated,  general great attitude, not shy to work hard, ability to take initiative and being customer – centric.

Excellent communication skills desirable.

Job Specifications

You are an experienced TAC operator. You are able to coach and mentor a small diverse technical team.

Ability to handle pressure, stay calm and produce the necessary results.

Strong reporting skills and advanced MS Office skills.

Specialised experience in VoIP, Microwave, Fibre and Firewalls essential.

Experience with Mikrotik router OS essential.

Experience in LAN support advantageous.

Liaison with field technicians and arranging of link installations and decommissions.

Arrange physical surveys with clients, channel partners and field technicians.

Process sales documentation and provide customers with regular and accurate feedback.

Jobs Specification

Have solid experience in managing key accounts in Telecoms, Mining or Banking Industries

Experience in communicating, negotiating and presenting on Senior Management and C-Levels

Be a brand ambassador through all client interactions and provide regular updated and accurate

product related, sales and company information to customers and channel partners through regular client meetings and presentations

Managing the customer escalation process effectively internally as well as with 3rd parties

Achieving company and sales targets as well as KPI’s on an ongoing basis

Responding to quote requests and complicated network related Tenders within timelines provided

Managing all administrative tasks and reporting timeously and accurately
