Zambian – born Broadlink MD Mike Brown is an ideas man. Hailing from a sales and marketing background, Mike has managed to use this wealth of experience not only to transform these ideas into relevant and value – laden products, but also to build and maintain a strong customer base for Broadlink. This has helped grow the business from an entrepreneurial startup into the highly successful and solid business that it is today.
Mike spent the early part of his career working as a marketing practitioner at Nashua Ltd where he managed to work his way from direct sales, up to the board of the company as Marketing Director in 1999. Mike left Nashua in 2007 to pursue new business opportunities and together with Thami Mtshali, co founded Broadlink. Today the company is a key role player in building the country’s business telecommunications infrastructure and is also involved with the development of Sport through Sponsorships while contributing to Corporate Social Investment.
