This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the principles that govern the use by customers of the fixed wireless broadband services network provided by Broadlink (Proprietary) Limited (hereinafter “Broadlink”). This AUP is designed to help protect our customers, and the Internet community, from irresponsible, abusive or illegal activities and to provide the best fixed wireless broadband services network (the “Service”) possible.
This AUP is subject to compliance by the Customers but not limited to the provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 as well as RICA.
