Broadlink’s rather rapid growth has meant that its CSI strategy has grown organically with the business. The company supports initiatives that range from small business enterprise start ups in transport and PR to existing CSI strategies of business partners and has also included monies donated to initiatives via sponsored events.
As the business expands Broadlink will continue to review its CSI strategies and contribute as the business case allows, and indeed as opportunities become available.
A case in point is Umtha people carriers run by entrepreneur Simphiwe Mqolomba. Broadlink has assisted in the development of this business since its inception in 2008. Broadlink provides financial assistance on an ongoing basis as well as operational and expansion funding for the business as may required. Broadlink also provides support mentoring in the form of business management and marketing including the companies’ website and hosting package. Broadlink is happy to include general advice and support on an ongoing basis as needed.
As a result of this relationship Broadlink is proud to announce that Umtha People Carriers is an official CSI partner and we look forward to seeing Simphiwe and his team going from strength to strength.
Listed on this website are just some of the initiatives we have directly and indirectly supported as part of our organic CSI strategy. Please feel free to visit their websites and perhaps even get involved.
